I hate how I cannot fucking tell what is an onion anymore or not. Apparently the US is now going to televise executions?!
The most American thing to do now is make it pay-per-view.
The absurdity is kind of the point. To normalize it.
Satire plays off exaggeration and absurdity, but if your goal is to undermine the global status of a country as russia is doing to the USA then the two become the same.
