All I know about this guy is that he allegedly zaps his dog.

Don’t worry, he doesn’t. That’s a smear campaign that you can ignore.
To expand on this, the guy who started the campaign admitted it. He got the idea from Ethan Klein allegedly contributing to his dog's death by feeding it cheese. People got really mad at Klein for that, so Dan Saltman decided to lie about Hasan Piker hurting his dog as well.
