Also, we had some unexpected extra costs (over 1000,–) when we had to pay taxes for the foundation (strange, for a non-profit..). I'll see if we can get an accountant to check this, but also accountants are costly..

Do you have any non-profit support organizations, local to where you have your accounts, that might be able to help for cheap or pro-bono?

I have now asked the accountant I also use for my business, to help out with the foundation.

I know that we look for nonprofit-help everywhere we can, but I don't have a specific answer for you at this time, but I've marked this to see if we can answer you later, at least :)
