Nah, fuck it, completely nuke the club. The old real fans can make an FC City of Manchester to match up with FC United of Manchester if they care enough. The entire institution of Manchester City FC and the City Footballing Group as a whole should be completely wiped from modern history and football as a whole.

I suspect the cheating bastards are toast either way. If the league doesn't fine them and dock a huge amount of points, the incoming lawsuits will ruin them anyway.
