They didn't take the money in 2 seconds though. That's why it shows as a "pending" transaction.
Depends. Some take it in 2 seconds, some don't. Transfers take milliseconds either way in SEPA.
And the US built something similar, fully funded it’s creation, and then it all got thrown away at the last second by Trump because the corrupt banks like profiting off of the old system.
