Why would you need a lawyer?
Thats small claims court. No lawyer needed.
charge back is even faster
tell me he paid by credit card
pay everything by credit card
I already made a chargeback request. They're still "looking into it".

amex never gave me any issue but master card made me escalate once

If you don't get your money within 30 days, settle in small claims court and let your CC/bank know.
Two things will happen:
Samsung will be forced to respond legally, and apologize/cut you a check.
Samsung does not respond, and the law will force them to cut you a check.
Big companies have a legal team that find it real easy to just pay people off & settle, especially when their lawyers cost thousands of dollars an hour compared to whatever you are owed.
