Not all of it. LLM's do have some genuinely beneficial functions that could make society better for everyone, like assisting ATCs to prevent mistakes, but of course capitalism has corrupted AI beyond all reckoning.

Even my nearly 70 year old father hates it. Not because he's pro-paying artists or concerned about the environment (although it plays a part cause he loves his animals and nature), but because of how tacky it looks and how much the rich are profiting from it.

For me it's not the human touch that matters as much as the lack of effort and likelyhood of a bad product.
