Undesirable outcomes sometimes happen. But not with AI by your side, good can only happen. Here is what the airline must do now to correct the problem :

Care packages to the families up to a value equal or greater than an upgrade to first class
funeral for the window washer
Structural Engineers to check the side of the building
Windows from Anderson should replace all the damaged Windows
Aviation mechanics should replace the wing tips on the planes involved
