Voting and rioting aren't mutually exclusive. I would go far as to say they are the peanut butter and jelly of domestic politics. The hammer and anvil go together. Two wings of the same bird. Ect.

You can vote effectively within a system you co-opt for The People via any means necessary. This ‘democracy’ shit in the US is extremely transparently performative.
