This has big "I have to eat some food to live, so I suppose there's no point in counting calories" energy.
More like "the building is on fire but I'm worried about tripping over the loose carpet on the second floor landing." Yes, it WOULD be a serious problem to worry about if everything else was fine. Right now, it is not the thing that's most likely to kill you.
