Its actually really easy to opt-out to all of these big tech features: don't buy from big tech companies. Or if you must, root them and install your own OS.
Yeah if you know what you’re doing somewhat…. most people don’t. We are literally held back as a species by the most basic fucking tech debt ever lol.
