Why use Eth but not use Thorn?

Because I didn't notice. Only came across þorn and eð recently, and kind of went on a deep dive about ðeir history in written English. Ðey're really convienient to use when actually writing on paper in cursive, but I don't necessarily þink of ðem immediately when typing. (edited the og comment now)
