i don't travel enough for it to ever be a problem, but my sister worked in france for a few years and she just couldn't keep switching back and forth when she visited home. she ended up getting lifts everywhere so that she could stay used to driving on the right-hand side.
i wouldn't spend much time contacting politicians over it tho, i'd rather that we campaign for free & frequent public transport first 🙂↕️🙌
