The dumbest of the world decided to be dumb enough to genuinely attempt to string together the phrase “DEI bike lanes”.
Their last brain cell is gone, and they chose to remove it.

This article covers it. The DOT has directed 100 % of funding into cars and is deleting anything from their website that includes the word 'bike', evena lot of safety related things and tools.
