You can just see it in his eyes. They're so genuine and kind. That's hard for anyone to fake, even professional actors.

I remember watching Sheldon pester him and be an ass, and he never even got mad. He just looks at him with this pity like "I legitimately feel sorry for you."

I mean I know that was all scripted, but, like... his eyes! The man's soul shines.
