Vampires

"Few creatures of the night have captured our imagination like vampires.
What explains our enduring fascination with vampires? Is it the overtones of sexual lust, power, control? Or is it a fascination with the immortality of the undead?"

Feel free to post any vampire-related content here. I'll be posting various vampire media I enjoy just as a way of kickstarting this community but don't let that stop you from posting something else. I just wanted a place to discuss vampire movies, books, games, etc.

When the landlord rents the property out they give up some of their rights to that property. They can't just let anyone in whenever they want. Therefore, you, the occupant can allow a vampire in, while your landlord cannot. At least, not without giving you prior notification and possibly hiring the vampire to do some sort of work.

That's why so many vampires are contractors these days.

My ex landlord found this out the hard way. Put up cameras and they ended up paying for 6ish months of my rent and my court and legal costs which weren't much because I did it pro se.
