We have pushed a lot of Ibus/Wayland/X11 fixes in last couple of months. Would you mind trying it again on Arch? It should be able to inject it properly now.

I ended up switching to hyprland where it doesn't work at all anymore. Possibly do to not having a regular tray to sit in. I have waybar but it's a bit different to plasmas tray. I have no idea who you are but if you are a dev it would be cool if you could make it hyprland friendly too
