Also gender affirming surgeries are insanely expensive, very gatekept, and otherwise hard to get

So yeah, given it takes so much effort to get as opposed to a tattoo, that's not so surprising, in addition to the fact that gender dysphoria is real and the only cure is medical transition

What is the source for this statistic, though?
