This was one of my favorite cartoons as a kid.

And the thin transparent bread slices they made a sandwich with? Truly amazing animation!
It was from a Disney feature called "Fun and Fancy Free" that had two parts to it. One was called Bongo and was about a circus bear finding love while the other was Mickey and the Beanstalk where this scene came from.
