Honestly, my biggest problem with 3 was the wasted potential. To this day I still talk about the hero weapons as what they could have been, wholly unique extensions of your play style, your actions manifest. Instead you're almost guaranteed to get the bone handle due to the hollowmen towards the beginning of the game. The story had potential, but by game 3 you already know that you can buy up every house in the nation as you go so by the time I had to make the hard calls, it didn't even dent my land Lord money to fund the defense against the darkness out if pocket. The only genuinely uncomfortable thing was that there were unique weapons given to the NPCs that matched the spirit of fable 2, but we weren't allowed to have them.
