Yeah that's what I see. Some asshole running into the road trying to hurt bikers and getting hit because he runs in front of one, to then start attacking one of the people he was trying to hurt. ACAB.

Sure acab, but this is not one of those situations. The bike riders here are assholes the lot of them. The quad bike had no reason to ride straight into a dude wearing a high vis.
