Can't find a better quality image to read the text next to 面. Probably something in Russian.

I guess knowing now that it's supposed to say "raman" I can make out the remnants of the original lettering where the AI slopped it when transposing the sign onto an AI background.

Doesn't look like it. I think it's a transliteration of some Japan word.

Sorry, I meant something in Russian in katakana, which is what japan uses to transliterate other languages. Although given that the text doesn't appear on the actual restaurant sign in Russia I'm guessing it's AI slop instead
