I'm beginning to honestly wonder if she doesn't have some mental illness that could/should be treated..
I genuinely think she's trans and that she's in such self loathing and deep denial about it, that she lashes out like that. It's getting really disturbing.
Far more likely she's just stuck in a mode where she thinks there's a limited amount of equality available, and she sees "men pretending to be women" (quotes to emphasize it's not my opinion) as taking equality away from "real women" (see previous base covering).
Trauma from abuse/assault that's led her to treat everyone she sees sees a man as an existential threat. Promoting the harassment of all women shows it was always about her own fears and prejudices, never about the "safety" of others.
Old women sometimes go crazy when they get bladder infections.
If the infection is not severe, and the patient is otherwise healthy, it can present pretty much exactly as JK is presenting; constant low grade belligerence and confusion. It presents similarly to early Alzheimers and dementia, and in plenty of cases women who have been diagnosed with dementia are completely cured by antibiotics.

Frequently, antibiotics are given for another infection but end up also clearing a undiagnosed UTI. Suddenly, gamgam is back to her old self again.
People should suggest to JK that she get this checked,. They should do it everywhere, constantly, and with plenty of sources and concern in their voice.

Having obscene amounts of money will do that to people.
And I actually mean to say that yes it is a mental illness, directly caused by wealth.
You get isolated from real life, get surrounded by the wrong kind of people, become addicted to the power. Its quite a tragedy.
Not all wealthy end up that way, just like not all gamblers get a problem, but the majority does.
