Owen said his family has since ordered the numbers for their house.

So what the driver did worked. They're putting numbers on the house. I hope this man is laughed at.

In the City of Waterloo, there is a bylaw requiring homeowners to have a clearly visible house number displayed on the property.

Sounds me like he Streisand himself.

This story likely alerted inspectors who sent him a letter to fix this within a set amount of time before fines start stacking.

If they didn't I wouldn't be surprised if they saw a sudden increase in "undeliverable" packages.
