Did you read the same thing the rest of us did? There was nothing in there on how he treated her and if she wants it that way. Maybe you glossed over the fact that he roofied and raped someone that was unwilling.

I think they're trying to say that once he gets out and marries OP's sister, he's going to treat her like shit since he's clearly a terrible person, and then OP is going to surprised Pikachu at his family in an 'I told you so' kinda way.

Yeah, sorta. I meant that the family will be surprised when he is a piece of shit to her and probably the rest of the family too since they have already given him a pass on raping their son.

And yes, some people want a "dangerous bad boy" that treats them rough and others like garbage and are surprised when they sooner or later they cross some line.

I don't have a daughter, but if I had a son that was raped, I wouldn't expect the rapist to treat her like a princess. OOPs family, however, does. Alternatively, they want him to treat her too like he treated their son. It's a mystery either way what kind of reasoning is behind it.
