These were crimes against the American people, and yet the fines will go to the MAGA government, which will be given back to Musk as government contracts. So the first thing, before any fines, is that Musk and his corporations should be prohibited for ever working for the government again, in any capacity.

All fines like this, or the "refunded" tariffs, etc. should go into the America First Fund (irony intended), which will be the seed money to start all the social programs this nation needs: Healthcare, college/trade school, pre-K, UBI, etc. Fines for Sociopathic Oligarchs should be onerous, starting at $1billion for the tiniest infraction, and rising from there. Sociopathic Oligarchs need to know that even a mild problem with the authorities could easily cost $100 billion, and that will keep them under control a bit.

And serious infractions won't just be fines. Punishments could also include full confiscation of entire estates, leaving Oligarchs destitute, and ineligible to receive benefits from the AAF. In the future, the only homeless people will be former Sociopathic Oligarchs who earned their homelessness, by operating their business to benefit primarily themselves, instead of the Citizens, and the nation. Their confiscated businesses will be operated as non-profits, with all revenues going directly into the AAF. Electric n Musk is the perfect example to make for the Sociopathic Oligarchs. Take EVERYTHING he owns, nationalize his companies, and let him live under a bridge with Alex Jones. The Ellisons are next.

When the evening news announces the daily levels for the Dow/ NASDAQ/ S&P for the wealthy, they wil also mention the AAF, for the Citizens. The programs that the AAF funds will be carefully tracked and reported on. American Citizens will see the progress of the fund that benefits them, and the wealthy will be reminded DAILY that at any moment, ALL of their money could be confiscated, and surrendered to the American people.

The AAF would stand as a concrete symbol to the American People of their control over Sociopathic Oligarchs, demonstrating to everyone that the wealthy and their corporations exist solely at the pleasure of the American people. As long as you operate your business responsibly, with the primary objective to make life better for the American people, you will have no problems. The moment you get arrogant, and start thinking you are more important than regular Americans, and operate your business to benefit yourself at the expense of the American people, your entire net worth will be zeroed out, and you will be rendered permanently homeless.
