That screenshot is of an ironic subversion of a common and heavily criticized sentiment, "I'm not racist, my best friend is black!". It takes it to a satirical extreme by implying that he would consider the association between himself and a literal black object to be the same as between himself and a black human, calling out the absurdity of the trend of "tokenizing" black acquaintances to get a "pass" on behavior. It is not an example of the poster being racist.

Anyways: That you have to assert their motivations conform to your opinion, instead of being able to show how this in any way makes a generalized statement, is pretty conclusive. This implies that the association the poster made is not clear enough for you, an intelligent person, to be able to demonstrate it through their words or framing alone.

If you want to be specific about the comparison between Saddam/Obama, it still isn't the same - Trump is trying to compare Obama to that one person to imply negative characteristics. The example in the meme makes no comparison except arguably between a notorious anti-western leader and several of the companies poised to collapse the western economy. It doesn't seem like an unfair comparison there - Osama Bin Laden rather famously predicted this exact situation, and as he was a very intelligent person with a prestigious education in both western culture and economics, it's not unreasonable to think he would find the irony in this juxtaposition. It is, after all, damn near the perfect example of the culmination of his work.
