I'd maybe consider this type of crazy is finding an easier route to poor coping mechanisms than getting actual psych help. For the same reason pedophiles, antivax conspiracists, and parasocial-stalkers have simultaneously easier access to triggers & trouble, and lower barrier to entry to their... "communities" with the internet (and now AI), easy access to an AI yes-man roleplayer in this case probably isn't the best option.
