These cameras collect data on millions of vehicles—regardless of whether the driver is suspected of a crime. I lived in an HOA neighborhood for a year with no issues. I didn't like the neighborhood because it was cookie cutter but the HOA never made any complaints to us.

Our driveway got plowed because of the HOA so that was nice.

Neighborhood was not very attractive in the sense that there were barely any trees in any of the yards.
