I hate open workspaces so much I'll actually decline a position over it.
It's not some minor inconvenience. It's my 2nd home for potentially the rest of my life. Give me my fucking privacy to work. It requires an extra foot of vertical cubicle space and if you can't provide that you're not the kind of organization I want to give the rest of my life to.
