Despite the risks, raw cookie dough is better in every other way than the cookie it makes. Stop baking cookies and just give me the dough ๐

even better, Brownie Batter is FAR SUPERIOR to brownies. Warm that shit in a microwave for 30 seconds, drizzle it over another dessert. Thank me later.
The risk in a modern context is essentially 0. You can make it even lower by pasteurizing the eggs
