He was a despicable piece of trash who denied healthcare to thousands of ordinary folks, causing untold suffering, family bankruptcy and suicides. All just so he and his shareholders could squeeze a little more money out of everyone. But unfortunately that doesn't count as murder.

Oh, you didn't mean Brian Thompson? Either way, Luigi did nothing wrong.

I always refer to the healthcare CEO (he doesn't have a name, Luigi does) as a Corporate Serial Killer, which is exactly what he was.
