I can barely boil eggs and cook rice but I'm brown enough to recognise plantains when I see them. Or am I crazy/blind? Also, how depressing is it that, for the average poor white supremacist American, this dude is considered a wise leader? Damn.

Depending how fast those got to market they could easily be non ripe bananas, they pick them before they are fully ripe to allow for ripening during transportation.

I often see very green bananas at my local supermarket.

Certainly, yeah. 10/10 fruits, although you can fry plantains so I prefer them a bit more. 👍

I actually get spicy plantain chips from Walmart. Not really keto but I only eat a few a day for a salty spicy treat and to remind myself of potato chips.

If you eat a lot of rice, seriously consider a rice cooker. Even a cheap one makes consistency easy. I can't help with the eggs though, sorry.

I'm pretty sure those are plantains too

Going to comment just to also recommend a cheap rice cooker. Bought one for under 20 euros, perfect rice every time. Keeps it warm too. You can use it for other stuff too.
