I’m somewhat confused here. This guy is now where listed as a candidate for the 2026 congressional election for either the 1st or 2nd district. So was it that he was a candidate for the primary and already lost and just gets the moniker still or??

He's a candidate in the Democratic primary in Hawaii's 2nd district.

Ah, I thought the primary had already concluded. I see it’s scheduled for Aug 8. Somehow, I don’t think this candidate ever stood a chance vs Tokuda (or anyone else in this primary lol, even before this stupidity).
