That's not plastic grass; its a common kind of grass in Hawaii, that's very densely packed, and it feels really nice to walk on while barefoot. Also nice to sleep on when you've been decked.

Ooh you are right. I just saw the abrupt transition from grass to sand and was sure it would be.
