That's very optimistic. History shows that once a regime is established, power is consolidated, the media is in line and protests are repressed, ousting the regime and rebuilding democracy can take a long time.
Russia had this level of obvious corruption and pillaging of state resources in the 90s, and where are they now?
The good thing is states run elections and there is some avenue there to do what Hungary did.
