wow she even got fat at the back of her skull, the body going insane trying to find a place to tuck in all that extra fat "human what are you doing stahp"
We in the industry typically call that the "face"
Do some art and youll realize the skull is a lot higher than you might expect
face is not the same level as the skull? that would be an interesting rearrangement.
If you have paid attention to the anatomy this seems like a body scan from the front (I don't know if they stack multiple layers though) which could be a more reasonable argument against those white blobs being at the back of the skull. In that case it seems the body is tucking some extra fat around your eye sockets (which is a part of the skull lol)
Its a vertical slice of a larger scan. Theres not really a front/back thing, you can see the ears and the cheeks are below the ears
