I can't even clear up regular spokes fully by going 40kmh down a road because of the clay type mud we get.

That’s relying on air alone, the mud on your spokes doesn’t receive much if any additional shear forces.

I meant while biking down a hill.. If riding squeezed out all the mud then that means the runflat tire is... Flat...
