which came about from what the voters were telling them they wanted with reagan. every time republicans win it tells them how they should do things. Its like any thing else. When you are in a competitive sport you look at the guy who won and try to emulate his winning strategy.
Well, glad we’re on the same page. Democrats are simply what republicans were five years ago.
not really. its a bit more complex but certainly obamacare is like the republican healthcare alternative in 1993. So more like 20 years. Even then it has aspects that are better and more left. Medicaid expansion and forcing insurance to pay a minimum of what they take in for patient care. Its similar but a whole lot better. Lots of folks like the republicans winning though so it can just move a bit farther every decade or so while they sit on their high horse and think they can do better by everyone experiencing worse.
