Posts should be related to UK-centric politics, and should be either a link to a reputable news source for news, or a text post on this community.
Opinion pieces are also allowed, provided they are not misleading/misrepresented/drivel, and have proper sources.
If you think "reputable news source" needs some definition, by all means start a meta thread. (These things should be publicly discussed)
Posts should be manually submitted, not by bot. Link titles should not be editorialised.
Disappointing comments will generally be left to fester in ratio, outright horrible comments will be removed.
Message the mods if you feel something really should be removed, or if a user seems to have a pattern of awful comments.

Social media like this is a double-edged sword. Look at how many big Hollywood stars and pop musicians have been forced to adopt an "Insta" media lifestyle. On the one hand it broadens exposure but on the other hand it diminishes their mystique. You want to think that your favourite star is doing something cool like attending a party with other famous cool people rather than microwaving leftover food on a Saturday night, painting their nails and watching tv. The Royal Family know this and struggle to find the right spot where they lift the curtain a little - but just not enough to reveal that they're just bumbling old Oscar Diggs behind (or in their case behind the wonderful "Windsors" Instagram feed is a creepy little Saxe-Coburg and Gotha pressing buttons and pulling levers). The danger for Burnham is the same: there's a point when familiarity breeds contempt and the "he's just like us" becomes "who does he think he is? someone special?".
