Why are you surprised by Lemmy hating Joe Rogan more than Reddit?
Don't get me wrong, I expected hate for both. I just figured Reddit moreso. Based around the way people talk about it and the frequency its brought up.
People are way more left-leaning over here than there.
Chippy means lemmy hates Rogan more than lemmy hates Reddit, i think. It was ambiguous but that's what I gleaned.
Ahhh that clears up a lot. Still, I wouldn't be surprised. One is a person they hate ideologically, another is a platform they liked back in the day but just has gone into the wrong direction.
I figured the hate for reddit would be larger than the hate for an individual, thats all. Strictly based on how often and how passionately I see people trash reddit here.
Ah, I misunderstood you then. I thought you mean the Reddit folks hating Joe Rogan less than the Lemmy folks hate Joe Organ.
Even so, Joe Rogan is a person they hate ideologically, while Reddit is a platform they liked, but got abused by people to the point of them not liking it.
It's the 'being surprised' part that's being argued.
Because reddit is like talking to thousands of joe rogans.
