It's negligible. Those american citizens didn't have enough testosterone in them so they didn't really matter to the new jacked up world of thuggery and "Hey! Let's shoot up some more of them citizens!" crowd. /s
It wouldn't surprise me if Alex Pretti had more testosterone than the average ICE loser.
I mean, who fucking cares about stupid shit like that, but still...
Shoot em up with testosterone instead. Surely that'll fix the problem.
