It's interesting to see how cases like this will shape the legal framework for what will continue to constitute ”fair use.”
Sooner or later, courts will need to establish the baseline for what is permitted within the letter of the law; likely it will be some middle ground, as opposed to a blanket prohibition of scraping copyrighted content for training models.
