This was so hard to parse, especially since it's led by another negative! I knew what it must be saying, but it took so many reads over to actually know it said that thing.

For other readers, assuming I got it right (pretty sure I did), they're fine with consensual non-consent (CNC). AKA, they're against the non-consent that's not CNC, if you want to word it like a crazy person. Lol.
