Because they are remasters. If you are on PC, with graphics and performance mods, this is likely meaningless to you.

As someone who has only played these games on PS3, I really look forward to a good remake.

Unless of course they are Xbox exclusives, which is entirely possible.

Honestly the pc editions sorely needed an engine upgrade but modders shouldn't bother until the last patch is out.
