Which celtic language? Open source is unrivalled when it comes to supporting as many languages as possible. My system is in Esperanto.

It's Cornish

Cornish is a reconstructed language, and originally shared a lot with Breton for obvious reasons

Looks like Welsh, it's definitely not a Goidelic language.
