From someone who has the OP15. It's a great device if you like to tinker and install degoogled version. Even using lineage or other roms with gapps, we have wallet working with full play certification. And the dev community is active around it. So I still recommend it. Just note the camera is acceptable for the tier, just not great. The battery/performance on the other hand is fantastic.
Any recommendations for any specific roms? I've only seen an unofficial port of lineage OS (https://xdaforums.com/t/rom-unofficial-lineageos-23-for-oneplus-15.4785437/)
