Finally got some reading time and finished Rosemary and Rue by Seanan McGuire (first book in her October Daye urban fantasy series)!

It's a very quick book, which is kind of ironic for me to say, since I took months to finish it, but finished the last third or so of the book in a single sitting.

There were certain things in the start that I didn't like, but was enjoying the book by the time I finished it. Would love to read more in the series.

What about all of you, what have you been reading or listening to lately?

Sorry I missed the post last week. Trying to be more regular, just lots going on. I should set up a recurring calendar event for this.

The Regicide Report is last book in the series? The series has been on my to-read list but hadn't gotten around to it, but if it's finished, now's the perfect time.

Yes, according to Stross it is the final one. I've read the whole series except the "tales from new management" which are in the same universe but not in the Laundry files. They're all great, obviously some better than others as is always the case.
