Is a transistor a door? Then doors (and it's not even close). Otherwise wheels because gears are wheels.

Depends, I wouldn't say one of these has a door:
It does contain multiple gearwheels however...
I'm more likely to count individual bearings in a ball bearing as a wheel than a transistor as a door
Individual ball bearings are definitely wheels.
They are gates.
