The bad part of walking/jogging in the cold is when it's over

Took a walk earlier today, when it must've been around 10ºC, and it came to mind, the cold can be comfortable as it helps controlling the body's heat. But also, when you're done and sit down, after some minutes you can feel the body cooling off in real time.

Still, despite this last part, it's an activity I'd totally recommend. ^_^

I guess you’re in the southern hemisphere? It was 39°C here in NJ yesterday with heavy humidity (I think the dew point was 26°C). It’s been rough, but at least I have a pool!

Also wasn't aware things were as hot over in the other side of the globe. Try to stay cool, 39ºC is just shy of the temperature needed for damaging muscles.
